Returns & Exchange


A Big Thank You for purchasing a NOOMI product.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We do not offer any returns on purchased products. However in case of any manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged. 

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

A product can be raised for exchange for manufacturing defects, if any, within 7 days of order receipt. To initiate a request for exchange, please write to us at contact@noomijewellery.com along with your order number and registered email address/mobile number and the photos of the damaged product. Once your request for exchange is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. You are requested to hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags) to our delivery partner. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we request our patrons to send us back the damaged product within 7 days through a normal courier. We will reimburse the shipping charge up to INR 100. Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is not available for shipment, we will issue you a "Credit Note / Coupon" and you can redeem it against any of our products. Credit note / coupon does not have any expiry. Please note there will be no monies refunded in such cases. In a rare case wherein, order is placed but the product is not available due to inventory mismatch, our team will inform about it to the buyer. Buyer has an option to pick something else of the same value. This process can take up to 10 to 15 working days.

     

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    We do not offer any refunds for purchased  items. However incase of any manufacturing defect, the same can be exchanged, subject to our investigation.
